At Shriyyum, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before dispatch, but if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for customized, altered, or sale items unless damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@shriyyum.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason.
Return Process
- Contact our support team to raise a return request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our address. (Reverse pickup may be available in select areas.)
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (card/UPI/wallet).
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size issues or wrong product received.
- To request an exchange, email or WhatsApp us with your order details and exchange preference.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees under Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom Orders
- Products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll ensure a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
