At Shriyyum, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before dispatch, but if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized, altered, or sale items unless damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@shriyyum.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to raise a return request.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our address. (Reverse pickup may be available in select areas.)
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (card/UPI/wallet).
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size issues or wrong product received.
  • To request an exchange, email or WhatsApp us with your order details and exchange preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees under Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom Orders
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll ensure a free replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
